Heartiest congratulations to Dr. Kua Beng Chu, Senior Deputy Director, on her invitation to serve as a Trainee Expert in the evaluation of the Aquatic Animal Performance of Veterinary Services (PVS) Pathway report in Timor-Leste. This mission was conducted by the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) from 23 February to 6 March 2026.

Dr. Kua’s participation, representing the Department of Fisheries Malaysia (DOF), has successfully elevated the visibility and reputation of both the Department and the nation on the global stage.
