The FRI is committed to carrying out research activities that adhere to the needs of the department and industry, particularly in the field of aquaculture, capture fisheries, processing of fishery products, conservation of the aquatic environment, improving the quality and usefulness of aquatic life based on ethics and standardized code of conduct.

We promise to provide the best and accurate service to our customers, encompassing farmers, fishermen and fishery operators, in developing the national fishery industry with full dedication and professionalism by fulfilling the following pledges:

Report and document relevant research results, based on strong scientific principles, ethical, insightful, potential and competitive within three years of study phase.

 

 

Provide feedback and reports on all applications for laboratory analysis services within 10 working days.

 

 

Provide information in the fields of aquaculture, aquatic ecosystems, food safety and the status of fishery resources as well as fish biology information within 2 working days.

Appreciate the noble values and code of conduct of researchers contained in the code of ethics of FRI when serving customers.

 

Provide professional and transparent advisory and consulting services within the time period agreed with the customer.

Act upon any customer complaints within 7 days.
